You won't believe this but (part two)

Just a quick note to recommend to all lovers of fine business strategy to read David Booth's comment on my last post.

David knows what he is talking about with regard to strategy and he makes some excellent points about how it should be approached.

 

And yes the "we don't know where we are going" statement would have been a brave opening gambit in a senior management strategy meeting... if only...

 

sigh
