I have a question

How come Croatia's goal was disallowed for a foul on the keeper and Holland's third wasn't ? Just asking. I'm glad the tournament came alive last night though. Was kind of twilight zone experience watching Spain's pedestal being dismantled. Finally. In game 3. The tournament became about football playing and not officiating. It's official (geddit?). Bozo is hooked.
